 Reception of order request from Project manager, Workshop responsible or sourcing engineer

PO set up, manage approval process; suppliers contact; follow up delivery lead-time

Deal with all documentation for logistics operations up to reception: custom clearance documentation,…

Payment request and invoice reception follow up

Maintain the ERP database updated (Sage X3)

任职要求：

Education

Bachelor degree with administration or others related major

Experience

Min. 2 years related working experience in manufacturing production

Skills

Good knowledge of supplier and productKnowledge of assemblyBe familiar with Office ERP & softwareFinance knowledge could be a plus

Languages

Fluent in English, Mandarin is required
