? Negotiation with the local suppliers about all relevant contracts and prices. Security of the best quality, optimal pricing and on-time delivery with all suppliers and service providers.
? Analysis of market data in regard to supply market. Cooperation with sales and engineering team in regards to achieve customer target.
? Being responsible for supplier selection of direct and indirect material in agreement with global standardized criteria.
? Analysis of suppliers over price, quality, and technical capabilities. Initiation and follow-up on necessary improvements of the suppliers.
? Development a quality concept and system to secure the quality standards in cooperation with SQE.
? Contributes to the continuous improvement of methods and processes in order to improve the supplier performance and overall operational efficiency


? Requirements:

? Engineering degree or above.
? More than 3 years working experience in European or American companies.
? 5+ years of related working experiences in machinery manufacturing, mechanical or electronic filed, including at least 3 years of management experience.
? Strong supplier management, problem solving, and analytical skills.
? Proven entrepreneurial and leadership skills and interact well in cross-functional teams
? Strong communication and negotiations skills.
? Excellent computer skills including MS office, working experience with ERP.
? Fluent in written and oral English.
? Willing to traveling.
