职位描述：
Job duties:

1. Recruitment:
- Recruitments in local contract;
- VIE-to-Local, locally-hired Europeans;
- Internship;
- Internal mobility etc.
2. Performance & Training Development
- Follow mid-year/yearly performance reviews with training needs analyze;
- Realize training needs of expatriates in China;
- Training implementation with AREVA Uni./CORP. TRA./Europ./U.S./Home HR and external providers;
- Language courses for expatriates/locals in all project locations.
3. Employee Relationship
- Management of probation;
- Contract renewal, resignation, termination, exit interview & documentation;
- Provide HR guidance and assistance to site employees;
- Deal with labor disputes;
- Manage employee transfer to Taishan etc.
4. Compensation & Benefit
- Preparation and submission of social insurance documentation;
- Coordination in expatriate IIT;
- Coordination with Taishan government authorities;
- Local benefits, welfares preparation & distribution;
- Follow up annual salary review & bonus.
5. Other HR tasks
- Frequent business trips to Taishan city/Beijing/Shenzhen;
- HR contractual documents preparation and get signed by Project Direction monthly;
- Induction Program to newcomers on site;
- Prepare AREVA monthly global Polypheme employee data report to EURIWARE Capgemin;
- Issue of HR certificates;
- Leave management tool and report to European payroll responsible;
- Reception of HR VIP visit;
- Other requiestes.

Job requirements:
- Master in HR or bachelor at least;
- 2 to 5 years experiences in HR and in an international environment, experience in administrative tasks;
- Good knowledge in terns of labor law;
- Ability to interview;
- Fluent in English;
- Open minded, autonomous;
