Position Summary 职位描述
The Hospital Sales Representative is responsible for increasing Medela’s sales, academic promotion and service for its healthcare solution products in hospitals in assigned city or territories. Medela is the worldwide leader in breastfeeding solutions, as well as a highly regarded manufacturer of quality and innovative medical professional vacuum systems.
医务代表将要负责针对指定城市或地区医院的销售,学术推广及销售服务工作。美德乐是全球领先的母乳喂养解决方案供应商,同时,也生产创新性的医疗负压设备。
This position serves as professional EXPERT for all of Medela’s healthcare solution products in the assigned region. The candidate needs to be able to communicate closely with the respective professionals (e.g. Key Opinion Leaders, Doctors, Nurses, Manager of instrument department etc.) and to educate them about the advantages of our digit thoracic drainage system and professional vacuum system solution products.

Essential Functions 工作内容
Daily visits to hospitals and healthcare facilities in the area of responsibility to educate the professionals on all the benefits of our solutions
日常拜访辖区内的医院和医疗机构,根据美德乐的解决方案进行学术教育;
Develop new professional contacts in order to increase Medela’s market coverage
进行市场拓展,开发新客户,增加市场覆盖;
Keep close relationship with distributors to provide tailor made solution for the hospitals
与经销商密切合作,为医院提供量身定制的解决方案;
Cooperate closely with Medela’s marketing organization
和美德乐市场部门紧密合作;
Help to develop in-hospital solutions and communication strategies that drive customer purchase of the Medela Brand and its products
协助院内销售方案和沟通策略,以促进品牌认知度从而购买产品;
Manage all daily activities within a prior agreed cost budget
自我日程管理和良好的预算意识;
Cooperate closely with Customer Service Department to ensure customer satisfaction 和客服部门密切合作;
Participate in sales and marketing programs and provide market feedback regarding trends, product development and quality. This includes market research studies and competitor’s analysis to ensure that Medela’s brand maintains the premium brand position in China

Job Requirements and Qualifications 岗位要求
Preferably bachelor degree in medicine or related field

> 5 years experience in promoting products to e.g. gynecologists, pediatrics, obstetrics 5年以上相关产品销售经历,科室包含但不限:胸外,心外,手术室等
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
