Our Financial Management Advisory team aims to help assess and transform the finance function to improve performance and effectiveness. We work with clients' finance function to align the finance strategy with the wider business and to optimise costs. We help achieve cost optimisation through shared services, outsourcing initiatives and more effective planning, budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities:

As a manager/senior consultant, you will:

· Assist our clients achieve business objectives, strengthen their financial management capabilities through identifying, assessing and resolving issues/problems

· Implement best practice finance initiatives, tailor-made for our diverse client base

· Prioritise tasks and ensure work is carried out and completed with high quality and in a timely fashion

· Supervise a growing specialist team and contribute to the career development of team members

· Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel at all levels

· Build strong internal relationships within Advisory and across other services

· Assist in business development work, e.g. proposal preparation and delivery of client training and workshop

Requirements:

· Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Business with accounting focus, or similar qualifications. Professional accounting qualifications with management accounting focus (e.g. CPA, ACCA, CIMA, CMA, etc) will be a plus. Audit background is also acceptable.

· Above 4 years relevant financial industry or consulting project experiences in financial management function, with detailed exposure to one of the following management accounting areas:

- Financial Strategic Planning

- Budgeting/Planning/Forecasting

- Financial Analysis

- Integrated Performance Management

- Management Reporting

- Cost Optimisation

- Shared Service Center

· Strong business acumen, being familiar with financial industry knowledge.

· Good understanding of industry financial/accounting system and process will be preferred.

· Team player who has leadership potential

· Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skill

· Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferable
