Role and Responsibilities:
  1. Warranty Operation
  • Develop and manage Warranty process, policy and operation, including manual, hotline
  • Work closely with Asia Pacific Regional Warranty team to ensure SERVIS2 & Extended Service Business functionality and operational upgrades to enable warranty claim submission/payment, claim assessing, parts return, and overall claim and reporting functionality.
  1. Customer Loyalty Programs Development
  • Plan and develop Ford China Operation Customer Loyalty Programs including budgeting to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Lead the delivery and communication on Customer Loyalty Programs
  1. Accessories Development and Management
    • Lead the development of branded accessories to support the vehicle sales and after-market profitability
  2. Service Marketing
    • Lead the development and delivery on value-added service programs to improve after-market profitability and customer satisfaction
  3. Operational Excellence
    • Oversee and lead the communication with dealers for related programs and updates
    • Responsible for infrastructure enhancement and implementation, including Dealer Management System, etc.

Qualifications:
  • Education Qualification: Bachelor degree or above, with the background of engineering, major in certain subjects relevant to automobile will be preferred
  • No. of Years of Experience: 8+ years
  • Professional Exposure: Automotive experience in warranty, service and field operation process and implementation
  • Leadership Skills:
    • Effective communication skills
    • Ability to manage and direct multiple personnel, projects, dealers and suppliers
    • Strategic planning and tactical Execution
    • Strong project management skills with proven ability to scope & deliver projects to the agreed timing
    • Collaboration skills needed to implement and change existing dealer processes
  • Functional/Technical Skills
    • Ability to assess local Market knowledge and apply accordingly
    • Experience of Warranty Claim systems and requirements
    • Strong understanding of dealership operations
    • Cross functional Knowledge and Experience (Sales, Service, Marketing)
