职位描述：
Responsibilities：
1. Act as a leader in the Quality function by designing and implementing Quality systems, and advising business/operation leaders on Quality standards applicable to the business being served
2. Establish system to ensure quality performance metrics data collected, measured and reported accurately and timely
3. Manage the Quality function for two sites.
4. Manage the team within the Quality function to drive the goals of the business
5. Drive initiatives encompassing the Operation/Business Leaders and Quality teams
6. Ensure the business remains compliant with local, state, and business rules and regulations
7. Leverages knowledge and expertise of Quality team members to remain focused on high-value work.
8. Build and manage annual budgets for department within realm of responsibility.
9. Oversight for CAPA (Corrective and Preventative Actions), validations, inspections, document control, regulatory affairs, and problem resolution, acting as an advisor.
10. Manage customer inquiries and visits when escalated to ensure a satisfactory resolution is achieved.

Requirements：

1. Bachelor degree in Bio-science or management or engineering required; Master degree in Bio-science and engineering or relevant required
2. Understand industry regulations
3. 8 years experiences on quality management, 3 years on managerial role, 5 years in multi-national company;
4. Total Quality Management process experience, Auditing experience, Six-sigma green belt
5. Fluent speaking, reading, listening and writing in English;
6. ISO9000/ISO13485 internal auditor certified
7. Project management experience
8. Ability to handle conflict with confidence and integrity
9. Must be able to multi-task
10. Attention to detail
