Job Description & Responsibilities
1)We have an opportunity for a creative and highly motivated Scientist to join our team as a Group Leader at Senior/Principal Scientist or Associate Scientist level in our Antibody Discovery and Engineering department.
2)Reporting to VP, the successful candidate will lead a group of scientists and will be expected to contribute to target selection, antibody discovery and engineering, as well as technology development projects.
3)Collaborate productively with cross-functional teams as well as with external collaborators and lead outsourcing activities with CROs.

Requirements: Basic Qualifications
1)Ph.D or MSc in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Structural Biology, Immunology, Biotechnology or a related field.
2)At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in antibody drug discovery focusing on early stage programs and antibody engineering.
3)Pharmaceutical or Biotech Industry experience preferred.

Additional Skills/Preferences
1)Experience in supervising a research team of PhD Scientists and Associates with strong experience and track record in leading projects.
2)Strong expertise and a proven track record in antibody discovery/engineering (phage display library construction and screening, v-gene cloning, mAb humanization and affinity maturation).
3)Experience in structural biology and antibody/protein structural modeling.
4)Experience in protein/antibody expression and purification in HEK and CHO cells, mammalian cell culture, cell line development, and molecular biology (e.g., vector construction and optimization, PCR, Western Blot, SDS-PAGE).
5)Good interpersonal and communication skills as well as organizational skills 举报 分享
