Key Responsibilities主要工作职责:
1. Responsible to track project status and manage daily account servicing requirements to ensure efficient account services;
2. Daily communication and coordination with clients and understand client’s needs;
3. Coordinate with internal executive teams, ensure smooth operation and integration of IT, Operations & Marketing within the client project;
4. Prepare regular reports & reviews (face-to-face review meeting with client if necessary);
5. Track project status and propose optimizations and promotions for project development;
6. Prepare promotion plan and implementation;
7. Prepare data analysis for project optimization;
8. Manage project budget and ensure project profitability, dig the account and seek more profitable opportunities;
9. Client ad-hoc request execution.
1. 根据项目机制及流程,监督、管理和控制项目运作和进程,实现项目目标,提供满意的客户服务;
2. 与客户密切沟通,及时了解客户需求;
3. 协调和调动内部团队(包括IT、运营及市场团队),确保项目顺利进行;
4. 定期进行项目报告及状态分析,并与客户进行讨论沟通,进而提出下一步计划;
5. 跟踪项目发展,根据项目状况提出优化建议或促销方案;
6. 促销方案的策划和执行;
7. 必要的数据分析;
8. 管理和控制项目预算及收入,深度挖掘客户潜力,创造更多客户价值;
9. 其他与项目相关的工作。
Job Specification招聘要求: (including Education, technical skill & personal attributes requirements, etc.包括教育背景,技术等要求)
1. Bachelor’s degree or above;
2. At least 5 years experience in account service or marketing project management;
3. Good strategy and process planning skills;
4. Good communication skills;
5. Good customer service attitude and strong at problem solving;
6. Good command of English, especially speaking;
7. Good data analysis skills;
8. Good MS Office tools (esp. excel) skills;
9. Experience of CRM or online marketing activities is preferred.
1. 大学本科(或以上)学历;
2. 5年以上市场活动管理或服务经验;
3. 较强的市场活动执行能力,能够独立完成市场方案的策划、执行、协调和报告;
4. 积极有效的沟通能力;
5. 具备服务精神、能够在较大压力下解决问题;
6. 流利的英文表达,能够顺畅的与海外团队沟通(包括书写与口语);
7. 敏锐的洞察力及分析能力,能够通过数据分析及时指出项目潜在机会或问题;
8. 熟练应用MS Office工具(特别是利用excel制作报表和进行数据分析);
9. 有CRM或web市场活动经验者优先考虑。
