? Thorough knowledge of TS16949, APQP procedures, Quality Engineering, Supplier
Management, Blueprint Reading, Advanced Measuring Techniques, Computer Literate

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 职责:
? To assume responsibility, direction and support for the APQP Launch Team for both prototype and production requirements. 要确保APQP发起团队符合无论样件还是大批生产要求的职责, 方向及支持.
? Coordinate APQP new product launch process internally and externally with the customer. 发起团队内部及与客户外部联系.
? Evaluation of the progress of the launch projects. 评估发起项目的进程
? Coordinate the specification and procurement of capital equipment, tooling, gauging and personnel for new launches. 协调项目发起所需资本设备的采购及规范, 工具, 量规及人员.
? Coordination and implementation of Engineering changes. 工程改变的协调及补充.
? Attends and / or conducts meetings with customer, with respect to design / launch reviews. 参加及/或引导与客户会议, 如关于设计/启动评审等
? Maintains proper filing systems to ensure all information is properly stored and easily retrieved. 保持适合的文档系统以确保所有的信息适当的储存及易于读取
? Undertakes other duties and responsibilities within the Engineering Department, if required by the Engineering Manager. 进行工程部门内其他由工程经理安排的职责
? Assists in the development of quotations for new work and engineering changes. 协助对新工作及工程更改的报价进程
? Coordinate of quality documentation and work instruction for new equipment and tooling. 协助编制新设备和模具的质量文件及作业指导书

? Provides Engineering support to other departments within the company as directed by the Engineering Manager. 提供由工程经理指示的对公司其它部门的工程支持.

? On budget launch of projects. 控制项目的发起在预算内
? High quality submission to the customer (zero launch PR & R’s / QR’s etc…). 服从客户的高质量要求(0启动的PR & R’s / QR’s等)
? Overall project performance with respect to OEE, quoted manpower, quoted cycle times and scrap. 所报人工, 所报周转时间及废料的总体项目性能
? Reporting to Management any perceived deficiencies in a program launch before failure to achieve a target is realized. 向管理层报告任何项目启动中可能导致目标无法实现的感知缺陷.
? Accept the ISO14001 Environment system training. Familiar hazard communication procedure and comply with the requirement of the procedure. 接受ISO14001体系培训,熟知危害沟通控制程序,并按体系要求执行。
