General Description:
Working on our client’s site, the Security Operations Manager will provide operational support in the application of physical security operations, ensuring a safe working environment, supporting the organization, its aims and objectives of the core business

Main Responsibilities:

Provide operational support in the evaluation, development & implementation of regional site security strategies
Oversee & support all security related vendors & agents
Implement site security plans, security assessments, site specific risk/threat analysis & training awareness programs with the assistance of law enforcement agencies
Provide operational support & implementation in controlling the quality, productivity & serviced delivery by security operators
Liaise with government, consular & private sector agencies to enhance security operations
Provide operational support to the Senior Regional Security Manager in contingency planning, conducting risk/threat assessments & the maintenance of effective networks across all business groups
Provide support in the implementation in response to intelligence for the protection against high security threats, emergencies and contingencies
Provide support & manage daily security operations on site involving individuals, teams and vendors
Preserve the business infrastructure at local & region level in implementing & supporting strategic aims of the business
Provide multi-level communication between the business units in cooperation with individuals, teams & vendors
Conduct periodic review sessions with vendors to achieve quality service delivery provision by suppliers & vendors
Manage & direct all security staff, ensuring correct & continuous operations of the core business
Develop security policies, guidelines and processes as directed by the Senior Regional Security Manager
Respond immediately to all security incidents & emergencies
Support development for internal & external service optimisation
Provide operational support to the Senior Regional Security Manager during incidents & emergencies, and act as Global Security representative in the initial stages of emergencies/incidents

Requirements:

Bachelor or above degree in a related field (Criminal Justice, Electronic, Computer, Automatization or Mechanical Engineering, etc).
Above 5 years in charge of a security function or related experience in both physical security and technical security system.
Knowledge and experience in management of safety (emergencies and contingencies) and technical security system (like CCTV, access, and alarm).
Experience of building and Guard management.
Reliable, strong responsibility and result oriented.
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.
Good planning and organizational skills.
Good influencing capability on people at various social levels and across diverse cultures.
Good Customer service skills with client oriented.
Fluent in English and Mandarin (oral and written).
