职位描述：
ARC(US)，总部设在华盛顿州罗伯茨角，始建于1991年在加拿大蒙特利尔，研发的是机场和空中交通管制信息系统。 1996年，其总部迁至美国德克萨斯，2001年将总部迁至罗伯茨角，华盛顿州，并中国在上海建立中国ARC。

  25年以来利用（机场和航空公司的信息系统，仿真，数据采集和可视化，报表生成和系统监视工具）成功的提供了先进的决策支持系统以供机场和空中交通管制人员使用，在2016年6月，ARC（US）出售其知识产权给Transoft Solutions 公司，ARC中国提供独家咨询和开发服务向Transoft公司。

  Transoft收购ARC美国知识产权结果，导致两家公司都实施了一项计划，那就是将要扩大ARC中国办事处的服务。目前，我们正在寻找聪明的有才华的年轻人，刚毕业的机械工程，工业工程，电子工程或知识运筹学的人员加入我们的团队。工作地点主要是上海. 但可能涉及经常前往中国其他城市的出差。

任职资格：
- 流利的书面，口语和听力英语（雅思英语级6级以上）
- 使用Microsoft Office良好的技术（Word，Excel和PowerPoint）
- 教育工业工程，机械工程，电子工程或相关大学学位水平。

ARC US, with Headquarters in Point Roberts, Washington, was founded in 1991 in Montreal, Canada, to develop information systems for airports and air traffic control. In 1996 it moved its headquarters to the US where it established its presence in Texas concurrent with a major contract with Sabre Inc. In 2001, it moved its headquarters to Point Roberts, WA, and established its presence in China creating ARC China in Shanghai.

  After 25 years of success delivering airport and air traffic control professionals with advanced Decision Support Systems (airport and airline information systems, simulation, data capture and visualization, report generation and system monitoring tools), in June 2016, ARC US sold its intellectual Property Rights to Transoft Solutions Inc., of Richmond, BC, Canada and contracted with Transoft to provide exclusive consulting and development services to Transoft from ARC China.

  As a result of the acquisition of ARC US intellectual Property Rights by Transoft Solutions Inc., both companies have implemented a plan to expand the services of ARC China office. Currently, we are looking for bright young talented Chinese people recently graduated in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related with knowledge in operations research to join our team. Job location is primarily Shanghai but may involve regular travel to other cities in China.


Qualifications required:
- Fluent in written, spoken and listening English (English Minimum of 6 IELTS)
- Good skills using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Education to university degree level in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering，Electrical Engineering or related.
- Willing and capable to learn new skills (kanban, agile, company software, etc.) and industry (aviation and airports)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently

- Reliability
- Stress tolerance

Task to be undertaken will include, but not be limited to:
- Provide customers with basic support
- Translate documents and meetings from English to Chinese and vice versa
- Conduct searches to find needed information, using such sources as the Internet
- Support in consulting projects conducted by the company
- Handle requests for information and data
- Prepare written responses to routine enquires
