Position Summary

Medela is the worldwide leader in breast pump technology and a highly regarded manufacturer of breast milk feeding solution provider.

The Event & Media Intern is responsible for enhancing brand awareness of Medela. This position requires knowledge of popular interactive media, but it also requires a good understanding of the fast moving consumer goods market (FMCG) e.g. in mom and baby (chain) stores. And responsible for social media platform maintaining and project management .The candidate is proud to be representing the top brand, Medela.
活动及媒体实习生负责提高美德乐的品牌知名度。这个职位需要熟悉各类社交媒体平台，对快速消费品行业例如在母婴商店等也需要有很好的理解。需要负责媒体维护及项目管理。同时作为美德乐人，应该维护公司品牌形象.

Essential Functions
工作职责
Daily maintenance and data analysis of social media platform (WeChat & Weibo), attract fans attention and enhance the brand influence by quality contents.
社交媒体平台（微博、微信）的日常维护及数据分析，通过优质内容输出，吸引粉丝关注，提升品牌影响力。
Create of article writing for all media channels needed.
媒体及活动相关宣传文案的创意及撰写。
Communicate with different suppliers and support to make sure projects are well in progress.
负责和各供应商的日常沟通，保证媒体宣传及活动项目的有效执行。
Monitor and update competitors’ information and hot topics.
及时收集和更新竞品的新媒体传播动向以及热点新闻事件。
Internal communications.
协助进行内部沟通

Job Requirements and Qualifications
任职要求
Strong in social media marketing and operating. Data analyze skill is needed.
擅长社交媒体的日常运营工作，具备相关数据分析能力。
Fluent English/Mandarin and excellent copy writing (for example: Transforming professional academic content into consumer language).
流利的中英文（听说读写）及出色的宣传文案撰写功底（如将专业学术内容转化成消费者语言）。
Good communication skills, detail minded, responsible character, resourceful and a team player.
良好的表达和沟通技巧，有细节意识，有责任心，应变能力强，并具有团队意识。
Advertising, Journalism, Communication and other related major is preferred.
