General Responsibilities:
Be responsible for the monitoring of budget /KPI set by the company
EDI system update & billing
To create and prompt the positive team spirit

Detailed Responsibilities:
Set KPI for contractors and monitor the progress
Be responsible to update EDI system for biz involved
Assist in monthly billing
Follow up with Manager ensure all business is carried out according to DSV standard and policies
Pull key clients performance report on monthly basis.
Weekly and monthly operating data report and analyze
Be responsible for specific tasks appointed by manager
Good email reply manner, which shall be timely and efficiently.
Able to deal with daily job under pressure and emergency.

Competency & Qualifications: (Required competency & its level of position holder, educational background, skill, knowledge requirements)
Qualifications Requirements
Knowledge & Skills Knowledge of 3PL and freight forwarding industries Microsoft Office,
                                                 fluent spoken & written English, and outstanding Mandarin.
Education & Training Bachelor, above is preferred, with industry training, Management
                                                 training, communication training
Experience +4 years related experience and in 3PL is preferred
Personal Characteristics patient, efficient ,responsible
