Key Accountabilities
1. Coordinate with internal departments and various parties to support customers’ needs timely or proactively. Execute client orders following SOPs and regulations.
2. Handle customer enquiries and complaints with excellent customer service manner.
3. Coordinate and assist in daily orders, update inventory record and prepare delivery documents.
4. Assist to coordinate and answer clients’ non-routine questions that require deviation from standardized procedures. Assist to investigate, analyse, and solve complex customer billing, technical, and contract issues.
5. Provide administrative support to facility team such as liaison with suppliers and vendors, ordering supplies/consumables, etc.
6. Provide invoice and Fapiao to customers for timely payment.
7. Maintain monthly report including inventory, productivity as requested.
8. Perform ad hoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
1. Tertiary educated is required, preferably with a diploma/degree from logistics/warehouse management or related field, or equivalent experience
2. Good PC knowledge in MS office and capturing software
3. Good English skills
4. Comitted and accountable
5. Self-motivated, independent, as well as a good team player
6. Mature, willing to learn, helpful.
