职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责公司艺人的包装推广及演艺经纪相关工作；
2、负责艺人的工作接洽、谈判签约及合同执行；
3、负责剧本阅读，分析剧本及角色，完成推戏、合同谈判、剧组应急事务的协调处理、剧组账务结算等工作；
4、负责规划艺人的发展方向，并根据艺人的特质给予宣传方面的定位，制定艺人发展的可行计划；
5、负责对外完成艺人合作业务，完成公司制定的业绩指标；
6、负责挖掘和储备优质影视艺人和歌手，完成整体规划艺人的影视发展道路；
7、负责公司签约/合作艺人的演艺经纪（包含但不限于影视剧、代言、商演）工作；
8、对艺人商演、代言的种类及品牌有较强的分析判断能力；
9、根据公司整体战略规划和目标制定艺人经纪部门宏观规划，负责公司艺人相关的商务洽谈；
10、拥有足够的资源，能够对有潜质的艺人进行挖掘与培养，针对已签约/合作艺人制定清晰发展规划，并根据个人特质给予定位推广；
11.负责公司旗下艺人的宣传、推广及营销策划&执行，对艺人进行统筹管理、综合培训，全方位把控艺人的市场开发活动、形象代言、影视拍摄以及宣传通告等相关工作的安排；
12.负责与相关媒体进行沟通、协调；开拓公司艺人与其它公司、项目、媒介的合作关系，建立和维护艺人推广渠道；
13.能够在公司整体战略框架下，借助艺人资源配合其它业务板块的相关工作；
14、认同公司文化，配合经纪部其他业务板块的相关工作，完成领导安排的其他工作。
 
岗位要求：
1、热爱影视娱乐行业，三年以上演艺经纪工作经验，带过成熟艺人，给艺人联系通告；
2、掌握丰富的剧组资源和演出渠道，开拓客户资源，有资源者优先。
3、熟悉影视剧制作和演员的工作流程，了解影视行业特点并具有较强的影视剧鉴别能力，具备一定的行业资源累积。
4、熟悉影视娱乐业，有丰富的媒体（广告、网络短片、电视栏目、电视剧、电影）资源和推广渠道；
5、品貌端正，气质良好，具备专业操守及文化素养；
6、有责任心及良好的沟通协调、公关社交能力；
7、能承受较强工作压力，适应加班及出差工作；
8、对影视文化市场有敏感的洞察力；
