Job Description 岗位职责
1. Receive, plan, coordinate, and assign design efforts for self and other design team members.
    规划设计团队成员工作任务，对工作进行合理分工
2. Coordinate with the marketing, sourcing, estimation and project management departments.
    与市场营销，采购，预算和项目管理部门进行协调
3. Develop projects trough creative concepts to completion.
    具备开发项目的能力：从项目创意到项目完成
4. Collaboration with Businesses Development in marketing and Project Management.
    与市场部和项目管理部紧密合作
5. Client presentation and negotiations with pitch team, adding creative value and edge.
    与市场团队合作进行客户的涉及演示和谈判的工作
6.  Work directly with senior management to develop major business initiatives.
     与管理层进行有效沟通，发展业务
7.  Mentor, manage, and provide leadership to all members of the design team by improving the team’s interior design capabilities, and technical expertise.
    管理和具备领导设计团队的所有成员通过改善室内设计团队的能力以及专业技术
8.  Coordinate all phases of the design process with the sales department and the client, participating in design presentations and working with the customer to develop final approved plans.
     与销售部门和客户协调设计过程，参与设计演示，并与客户沟通最终设计计划
9.  Develop proposed solutions related to Space Planning, Interior and Furniture design in order to recommend the best alternatives and/or solutions per project.
     制定每个项目的***设计解决方案以及室内家具设计


Qualifications 任职资格
1.  Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent.  5 + years of experience as an interior designer, with a focus on corporate interiors.
    建筑设计、室内设计类及相关专业本科以上学历，5年以上相关办公室室内设计工作经验
2.  Strong knowledge of  AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Sketch up and Microsoft Office. Good skills in 3D programs is desirable.
     熟练使用AutoCAD、Sketch-up、Photoshop、Ilustrator、3D和Microsoft Office等设计软件
3   Strong understanding of the construction process
     熟悉施工过程
4.  Skills in the areas of facility planning, AutoCAD/Rendering, furniture and finish resources, color and materials applications, and graphic and verbal presentations are inherent to this position.
     掌握AutoCAD/渲染，对家具和光线运用有独特的研究，对材料有经验，懂色彩搭配
6.   Great sense of design, good graphic presentation skills.
      具有良好的设计审美能力
7.   Previous experience of management and development of a team of designers.
      具有优秀的项目组织、团队带领能力
8.   Good aptitude for working in a multi-cultural team environment.
      具有良好的团队合作意识及协调能力
9.   Creative in interior spaces that reflect clients' needs and tastes.
