Position Summary

Duties：
- Direct and oversee all aspect of the Finance & Accounting functions of the Joint Venture, including setting up, maintenance and improvement of financial and management accounting, internal control, fiscal and management reporting, audit procedures, tax and treasury processes in Joint Venture.
- Ensure the effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with the Joint Venture accounting policy according to the shareholder agreement, IFRS corporate reporting requirements and adhering to tight time schedules as agreed by the Shareholders of the Joint Venture is firmly implemented.
- Provide leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.
- Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities. Manage processes for financial reports, forecasting, operational and capital expenditure budgets as well as future consolidation if necessary.
- Manages the working capital, cash flow, FX risks and related treasury activities.
- Oversee the procurement function of the Joint Venture and work closely with business unit management to build strong supplier-chain with consideration of a) best total cost; b) right quality level; c) material On-Time delivery Performance.
- Provide leadership in build-up and continuous development of the procurement processes of Joint Venture, including supplier selection and development process, supplier negotiation process, supplier auditing process and frame contract for long-term relationship maintenance.
- Ensure fully compliance shall be followed both in procurement team and suppliers.
- Partner with the management of business unit on all operational and strategic issues; provide strategic recommendations on financial analysis, etc.
- Oversee long-term budgetary planning and cost management in alignments with the strategic plan.
- Oversee the financial safety, risk of Joint Venture, and safeguard company assets with focus on overdue accounts receivables.
- Oversee the preparation and approval of all financial reporting materials and prepare and communicate monthly and annual financial statements
- Serve on planning and policy-making committees.
- Direct and oversee all aspect of legal and compliance matters of the Joint Venture

Competence
任职资格
- Minimum 8 years of financial experience in MNC, at least 3 years of overall management experience in financial department.
- University degree majoring in Finance, Accounting.
- Familiar with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).
- Prefer experience in procurement and in manufacturing industry or similar prefer experience in Joint Venture environment.
- Prefer experience in ERP.
- Familiar skills with office software.
