Ast.Sales Support Manager (Suzhou)

What are my responsibilities?

1．销售支持Sales support

管理并带领下属销售行政人员以及技术支持人员为相关区域销售人员提供全方位的销售支持及辅助工作。组织召开月度会议，参加季度销售会议。分析、跟踪并反馈团队人员月报或会议提出的相关问题。

Manage and lead the sales support team to provide the overall sales assistance to the relative regional sales force. Organize monthly performance-review meeting and participating quarterly sales meeting. Analysis, follow up and give feedback the questions presented by the team

2. 授权维修中心管理Authorized repair center management

协助建立西门子授权维修中心运营管理体系，采取相应措施不断提升合作伙伴服务水平和市场竞争力。

Assist in establishing Siemens authorized repair center operation and management system, manage and continuously improve the relation with customers, and take corresponding measures to improve their service level as well as market competitive edge.

3． 流程/成本控制Process & cost control

配合公司销售商务部及财务部工作，以保证办事处各项商务指标的完成，保证费用合理使用。

Cooperate with Sales Commercial Dept. and Finance Dept. to make sure each commercial target achieved and the cost is properly be used.

4．行政事务Administrative Issues

全面负责办事处行政及日常管理，保证办事处正常运转。

Take charge of the executive affairs and every-day management to ensure the regular operation.

5．部门协调Department coordination

负责办事处与公司其他相关部门的信息沟通及工作协调，确保公司相关政策在办事处的有效执行。

Be responsible for the communication and coordination between branch and other departments in the company to make sure the relevant policy implemented effectively in the office.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. 主修市场营销、工商管理等相关专业本科及以上学历。

Bachelor degree and above, majoring in sales & marketing, business administration and others related.

2. 良好的英语能力，CET-6。

Good English skills, CET-6

3. 5年以上相关工作经验，3年以上团队管理工作经验。

Above 5 years working experience, and 3 years experience in team management.

4. 有电子产品相关技术背景者优先

Related background with electronic product knowledge will be preferred.
