1)确保每一个出口，进口和国内搬家项目能够顺利完成。
2)能够为客户服务的发展和提高提出宝贵的建议,从而帮助提升整个客服工作的效率。
3)具备较强的沟通能力，能够及时与客户、代理人等联络，以满足客户的希望和要求。
4)与本地合作商保持合作,完成本地的运输工作和船舶预定工作。

任职要求：
1)大专及以上毕业。
2)至少有三年以上在国际搬家行业或者货运代理的工作经验，有客服工作经验的优先。在其他优秀行业有客服工作经验的亦可。
3)具备较强的沟通交流能力、优秀的英语口语和书写能力以及流利的普通话。
4)具备熟练的计算机和Office运用能力，熟悉客服工作及运输相关的软件操作。
4)拥有乐观和乐于助人的工作态度。
5)认真、勤奋，具备良好的组织能力和及时完成多项工作的能力。

In shipping, we have combined our purchasing power with other movers worldwide to get the best deals possible from shipping companies and airlines. In delivering your move (outside of Asia), we have a network of top quality companies that have given us preferred supplier rates. This way we can move you and your family from A to B smoothly and affordably.
