Purpose of this job:
Develop and implement national-scale program and cooperative with sales team to ensure local annual physician education program goes smoothly.

Area of responsibilities:
Main Tasks:
- Develop and implement national-scale program independently with every related team.
- Cooperative with sales team to ensure local annual physician education program goes smoothly according to corporation marketing strategy.
- Work closely with the sales training team to ensure each member of regional sales team has obtained essential education program knowledge.
- Monitor sales teams’ execution on education program, evaluate the program impact to sales, provide valuable input to program upgrade and improvement, and keep communicating with sales team leader timely regarding collected information.
- Maintain a good relationship with KOLs/ Chief of medical association/ physicians.
- Accomplish any other tasks assigned by the superior.
- Continue to enrich NN product knowledge, academic knowledge, and market provision/ regulation/ environment updated information along with daily work.

Sales, KOLs, Chief of medical association & physicians

Education and Experience Requirements of the Position:
- Bacheor degree or above, preferably in medicine , pharmacy, MBA or related.
- 3 – 5 years pharmacy or related field working experience, preferably in marketing or sales management.
- Good in English writing, reading, speaking and listening skills;
- Analytical thinking , creative , teamwork
- strong communication skill , and good interpersonal skill
- Skillful at MS Office.
- Good attitude towards work, honest and loyal.
