Key areas of responsibility:
Develops, implements, and ensures the effectiveness of tools, systems and processes that safeguard and protect Novo Nordisk IT assets. Demonstrates knowledge of computing security principles, tools and techniques. Assists in audits and investigations. Facilitates to fulfill enterprise-wide and regulatory quality and compliance requirements.

Main job tasks:
--Manage IT Compliance
·Uses knowledge of compliance requirements including ITPMM, Global IT operation model, IT related SOP and guidelines to ensure their inclusion in projects/systems and remediation efforts
·Demonstrates an understanding of IT quality systems based on industry best practices, corporate and local guidance
·Develops quality approach and conducts appropriate validation/qualification testing to conform to enterprise-wide and/or project requirements
·Manages documentation related to validation procedures
·Ensures QA control effectiveness
·Provides compliance advice and initiate action plans to ensure smooth day-to-day operation with enhanced efficiency and effectiveness
·Proactively tracks and identifies non compliances issues and report, tracks and ensures closure of issues
·Be involved in IT project at the analyze phase to lead the business impact assessment, threats, vulnerabilities & controls assessment and system categorization
·Works with local Sarbox team to ensure all requirements for financial critical systems are fulfilled
·Leads risk assessment. Anticipates, identifies, and evaluates IT systems risks and vulnerabilities
·Participates in audits to analyze and evaluate incidents, documenting resolutions and remediation to ensure compliance.

--Manage IT Security
·Represent Region China in global IT security forum. Understand NN global IT Security Strategy and ensure a practical implementation in China
·Demonstrates an understanding of IT security systems based on industry best practices and corporate guidance
·Stays up-to-date on current company security policies, tools, and applications
·Implements and communicates company security policies
·Provides security advice to ensure effective project/application management
·Maintains application security to adhere to compliance standards (e.g., SOX)
·Analyzes and evaluates results of security audit and investigations in order to develop effective solutions
·Utilizes and executes audits to NNIT to ensure effective IT security management

--Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree or above majoring in IT related, i.e. Computer Science, MIS, etc
-3-4 years of related IT experience. 2-3 years’ experience in IT compliance, audit or similar
-Fluency in both written & spoken English
-CISA/CIA/CISSP/ITIL/CGEIT certificate is a plus
-Working experience in pharma industry is a plus

Education:
-Bachelor degree or above
-Major in computer related

Professional experience:
-3-4 years IT related experience
-2-3 years’ experience in IT compliance or audit
