任职要求：
1.中、大型室内装饰或建筑施工企业从事工程项目投标报价工作三年以上；
2.熟悉本行业施工技术规范，能够正确计算工程量并熟练套用各类定额；
3.熟悉各类清单报价模式、擅长成本分析，能够熟练操作运用电脑；
4.能独立完成机电工程预决算工作及投标报价工作者优先；
5.英语听、说、读、写能力强者优先。
