职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责完成工程项目的采购任务，控制采购成本；
2、调查、分析和评估市场，进行价格谈判、产品质量控制和材料数据库的建立等；
3、材料进场检验，数量和外观资料的检查，检查记录的填写；
4、熟知各种工程材料的性能、价格、产地、用途；
5、熟悉工程施工流程，物资采购流程，确保项目进度计划；
6、参与大型项目或重要材料的现场验收。
任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，男女不限；
2、两年以上室内装饰工程项目管理经验，熟悉装饰材料价格、质量，有外资办公室工程项目采购管理经历优先；
3、具备良好的职业操守及吃苦耐劳的敬业精神；
4、具有优秀的组织、沟通和协调能力，具备团队领导经验；
5、能独立鉴定材料质量，有一定的供货商渠道，有良好的社会资源，较强的谈判能力、思维敏锐；
6、电脑操作熟练，英语口语良好，熟悉采购合同及相关法律者优先。
