职位描述
岗位职责：
1.负责工程暖通安装部分的预决算和招投标工作。
2.负责成本动态监控与评价。
3.审核招标文件、编制预算、合同管理及工程变更管理。
4.负责本专业部分材料及专业分包工程限价，材料限价与预决算管理。
5.负责编制各种成本报表；
6.按月制定工作计划并达到目标；
7.提出合理化建议，完成直接上级交给的其它工作。
任职资格：
1.两年以上暖通工程设计经验，能独立完成暖通工程预算。
2.熟练使用AUTOCAD、OFFICE2000及相关预算软件。
3.有装潢行业、建筑施工、造价咨询或房地产公司相关工作经验，具备良好的职业道德。
4.熟悉工程造价且熟悉工程技术和管理等专业知识。
5.熟悉预决算管理，熟悉招标与合同管理。
6.具有良好的团队合同精神。
7.吃苦耐劳，责任心强。
