职位描述
Key areas of responsibility:
1.Drive, develop, plan, manage, implement and finalize Clinical & Medical & Regulatory Dept core strategic/scientific projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Projects include and not limited to Clinical & Medical & Regulatory Dept new business process planning, process improvement, new cross function collaboration projects and system development to improve Clinical & Medical & Regulatory Dept productivity and effectiveness.
2.Integrate and manage all Clinical & Medical & Regulatory Dept scientific clinical/medical activities provided to officials/Healthcare professionals/patients and HQ. Ensure clinical and medical scientific programs/activities and Clinical & Medical & Regulatory Dept dept activities planed and organized in a creative and professional way.
3.Acquire resources, motivate project team and coordinate the efforts of project team members from other departments and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
4.Oversee quality control throughout projects life cycle.
Main job tasks:
Project definition and initiation
•Analyze the business needs/requirements, review of the current operations in measurable goals.
•Define, challenge and manage project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders to maximize benefits with minimum efforts.
•Define project charter including costs, benefits, budget, tasks, deliverables, schedule and stakeholders.
•Organize project kick-off in an appropriate way.
Project planning and design
•Draft, submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
•Identify the activities needed to complete those deliverables, create project work breakdown structure.
•Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
•Identify project roles and responsibilities, estimate resources need; Set up project team and assign major responsibilities.
•Identify risks and develop risk management plan.
•Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
•Where required, negotiate with other department managers/directors for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company.
•Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle.
Project execution, Monitoring and controlling
•Independently structure and follow-up on project plans and tasks including deliverables, timelines and resources
•Measure the ongoing project activities; monitor the project variables (cost, effort, scope, etc.) against the project management plan and the project performance baseline.
•Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify corrective actions to address issues and risks properly, identify potential crises, and devise mitigation plan.
•Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
•Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
•Continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
•Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
•Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
•Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
•Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
•Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
•Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
Project closing and delivery
•Finalize all activities across all of the process groups to formally close the project.
•Present and evaluate project delivery in an appropriate way.
•Develop maintenance work or action plan if in need.
Process improvement Related
•Develop new process, analyze current process and optimize current process within Clinical & Medical & Regulatory Dept to increasing the productivities.
•Direct process improvement efforts throughout the organization by training and coaching business managers and project teams in the use of process improvement tools and techniques.
•Cooperating with HQ or other affiliates on the improved projects.
Qualifications
Education:
1)Academic master degree within life sciences and/or business-related education
2)Strong project management skill
3)Minimum formal PM training equivalent to 10 full days
Professional experience:
1)Three years and above working experience in pharmaceutical industry and/or within business consultancy.
2)Minimum 2+ year of project coordination/ management experience.
3)Knowledge of new drug clinical development process, Good Clinical Practice (GCPs), ICH Guidelines and scientific knowledge as relates to clinical trial conduct.
4)Strong communication skill to both internal & external clients, including foreign customer with different culture background, abroad working experience preferred
