Closing and Reporting under US GAAP and PRC GAAP
G/L Posting in SAP - Payroll JE entry , Accrual expense,Transfer CIP to FA,Fixed asset addition/delection and depreciation,FCV , ect.
Reporting – Khalix system,Warranty ,ERF,Monthly reconciliation,Sox affairs
Others - COA management, FA management, Audit related
Prepare tax return of VAT, Business tax, Stamp tax, and Enterprise Income Tax (EIT) of Company and review export tax refund declaration.
During month end closing, to prepare all GL entries relating to tax, Group financial reporting relating to tax provision, Review TB of local PRC GAAP. On quarterly basis, prepare deferred tax report.
Any other matters relating to GL, tax and statutory filing as required.
