机电工程师

职位介绍
1. 项目实地视察，并在设计工作前进行测量
2. 学习理解RFP
3. 设计并渲染机电图，包括消防、用电的和空调系统
4. 和承包人、供应商还有客户进行项目上的协调
5. 在施工期间出席例会，进行技术问题的修整

必要条件
1. 大专以上学历，机电或暖通专业
2. 至少三年以上工作经历，熟悉机电和暖通
3. 熟悉本地设计标准
4. 英语良好
5. 能熟练操作AutoCAD

Job Description

1. Visit site and measure before design work
2. Study RFP
3. Design and render M&E drawings including fire service, electrical and HVAC
4. Coordinate with contractor, supplier and client in project matters
5. Attend site meeting during construction period to fix technical problems

Requirements

1. College degree or above in M&E or HVAC
2. Minimum 3 years work experience in office project, familiar with M&E and HVAC
3. Familiar with local design GB
4. Good command of English
