职位描述：
Responsibilities：
1. Provide leadership and management for all Environmental Health & Safety related systems.
2. Drive continuous improvement by implementing EHS risk management methods, procedures and programs to prevent accidents and injuries.
3. Serve as an expert resource for management for environment, health and safety information regarding those processes and corporate policies, procedures, standards and regulations
4. Evaluate proposed new projects and ensures plans are in-place and implemented to address EHS compliance issues
5. Act as the Environmental Health & Safety Management Representative for all 3rd party certifications and manage the internal audit programs. Support Compliance Audit Program, including lead EHS team assisting each manufacturing sites to close audit findings, assesses appropriateness of corrective and preventive actions, etc.
6. Reviews plant environmental permits and ensures terms and conditions are understood and complied with, ensures required documentation is maintained and required regulatory reports are submitted to the respective agency, e.g., radiation license permits, EIA approval, discharge permits, waste disposal, chemical permits, etc.
7. Lead the EHS action team to monitor and ensure all EHS policy and regulation are effectively implemented,
8. Arrange and conduct EHS training, promotion and communication to improve employee’s awareness and competence of EHS;
9. Ensure emergency response plans are in place and aligned with local regulatory, regional, divisional and corporate requirements
10. Track the EHS requirement of government and build effective communication with government;
11. Establish and implement processes for internal and external timely communication of lessons learned and best practice.
12. Assist in the prevention of work-related illness and injury and maximize employee protection.
13. All other duties as assigned.

Requirements：
1. BS degree in engineering, chemistry, environmental or occupational health and Safety sciences or equivalent combination of training & experience. Masters in environmental engineering preferred
2. At least 7 to 12 years’ experience in the environmental, health, & safety field
3. Strong knowledge of local environmental and safety regulations
4. Experience in depth of Radiation safety management
5. Experience in Industrial MNC and project management
6. Ability to influence up, down and across the organization
7. Should possess strong leadership, training, problem solving, and decision making skills
8. Ability to prioritize effectively and serve multiple sites
9. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
10. Should have strong oral and written communication skills.
11. Fluent in English
12. Ability to achieve goals independently within a challenging time frame.
