Job designation
-Make prototyping press process plan for new vehicle including process sequence development, layout and logistic plan in and off lines etc.
-Compile and optimize new vehicle process files, including presspart sample book, GD&T, presstool description, timeline, checking fixture sample book, SOP;
-Make investment budget and equipment selection for new vehicle, organize designing of special and normal tooling
- Take part in prototyping and ramp up series production of pressparts and tools of new vehicle, record, feedback and solve problems in prototyping and series ramp up.
-Take charge of tryout of new technology and new process

Qualification required
-Bachelor up, major in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Production Technics or similar education
-5 year up experience in the same or similar major
-Good team cooperation
-Detailed knowledge in Press shop production planning, ramp up a prototype and series presspart and BIW production, manufacturing, cost optimization and quality management. Experianced in project management, automobile development. Supplier-management. Ability to communicate in english. Intercultural competence. Command to use CATIA, CAD
