Job designation
-Set price and quantity targets on regional basis (dealer sales targets)
-Match price and quantity targets with the Sales headquarters (BDNT sales targets)
-Establish a market performance management system
-Establish a fleet management system to address commercial and governmental customers
-Implement a BDNT field force (Sales/After-Sales) to launch and establish the market performance system

Qualification required
1. Education
-University (business, economics, marketing, sales)

2. Experience (type of)
-10 years working experience (preferably at least 5 in the automotive industry in a comparable position)

3. Specific knowledge
-Understanding of automotive retail business
-English (fluent)
-Experience in automotive regional market management (processes, performance measurement)
-Working experience as a salesman in the automotive industry (preferable)
-Working experience as a fleet sales manager (preferable)
-Communication skills
-Ability to solve problems
