· Provide value added support in technical matters (e.g. communication, document flow and coordination) to the Chinese and German employees of BYD project in most effective and productive manner.

1.Technical support
Independently provide support in the technical matters. Coordinate with Chinese and German employees in the project process. Including but not limited to:
· Coordination issues between Chinese and German engineers
· Organize technical meetings and workshops for Chinese and German engineers
· Document filing
· Prepare all required materials for project as required
· Assist in gathering research data
· Continuous improvement within the defined area of responsibility
2.Translation and Interpretation
· Translate documents from English to Chinese and Chinese to English
· Interpretation on all technical meetings
· Maintain communication among functions
3.
· Follow up all technical meetings and project process
· Other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

Education
· University Degree with major in Automotive Engineering.
Experience
· Internship or relative experience as technical assistant will be a plus.
Special Knowledge
· Excellent command of office computer software.
· Native Chinese with fluent English, advanced German language skills will be a plus.
· Team worker with good planning and organizing skills
· Experienced in project management.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Proactive and positive working attitude
· Self-motivated & diligent
· Well-structured
· Strong intercultural sense
· Devoted to the automotive industrial field
