Job Description
Position Title: Manager, Logistics Division
Report to: Logistic division director
Subordinates: 60-110
Work location: Chongqing
Essential Duties:
- Conduct periodic meetings with each account teams to review customers' requirements, feedback, KPI, and improvement opportunities.
- Lead and guide Supervisors and Documentation team in new account implementation, and new process rollout of existing accounts to ensure operational excellence
- Deployment of resources, inter and intra-departments to ensure sufficient resources are allocated to manage changes in volume and increasing demands of customer requirements
- Leverage technology, resources, and establish programs to gather feedback and seek improvement opportunities from internal and external customers.
- Continuously identify service gaps, make recommendations and implement solutions to enhance service level.
- Review training needs for teams, select and enrol individuals or teams in training programs that will help enhance overall professionalism, performance of company to meet changing expectations of customers.
- Together with other functional managers, establish a monitoring tool and measurements of Company operations processes with focus on key process indicators.
Job Requirements
Tertiary Education.
- Experience At least 5 years in a supervisory role in customer service/documentation, 5 years in relevant function in similar industry.
- Ability to speak and write Mandarin and English.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Possess strong leadership skills.
- Ability to supervise team in highly stress environment.
