职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、Ebay日常运营和维护管理；
2、运营监控和分析Ebay运营核心数据；
3、Ebay推广策划，优化建议，提出实施方案。
 
任职资格：
1、大专及以上学历，具备2年以上ebay销售或运营工作经验；
2、精通Ebay运营规则及营销策划，营销技巧及实战经验丰富，能够做到在短时间内提升产品排名，长期稳定listing top排名，不断提升listing流量及转化率；善于挖掘及拓宽Ebay推广渠道，有团队管理经验和较强的培训能力；
3、具有较强的网络线上策划与执行能力，主管能动性强，具备良好的职业素养和团队合作精神，责任心强，能够承受较大的工作压力。

1、底薪+提成+餐补+房补+五险一金，薪资面谈；

工作时间：
夏季：9:00——18:00，冬季：9:00——17:30，工作时间为7.5小时，五天半工作制，享受国家法定假期
