RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责
1. Revise SOP/BOM is ERP system based on the products ECN/process change.
执行ECN ，完成SOP/BOM在生产系统中的修订，以及生产流程的改变。
2. Assembly & Test fixture making.
生产&测试工装的设计&委外制作。
3. FPY&RTY collection and analysis. Making the production failure report, tracking the corrective action.
生产良率的统计以及分析。制作不良报告，追踪改善对策。
4. Standard work time & Labor estimate.
标准工时的评估&定义。
5. Assembly & Repair operator training & Qualification.
组装&维修工人的培训以及考核。
6. Continual improve and enhance the production efficiency and cost down. Lead the Lean project.
持续改善提高生产效率与成本节省。主导精益生产专案。
7. Responsible for (TCA) production line setup based on the products information.
根据产品生产流程主导线体布局
8. Support the team finish the new product BID, estimate the work hour and line setup cost.
根据图纸以及物料清单评估生产工时和线体架设成本完成新产品的投标报价
9. Support NPI engineer to finish the product transferring from NPI to mass production
支援NPI 工程师完成产品由NPI向量产的转移。
10. Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
完成上级交代的其他任务；
QUALIFICATIONS 职位要求
1. 6 years relevant (electronic products) ME work experiences;
6年以上相关（电子产品）制造工程师经验
2. Proficient in AUTOCAD, WORD, EXCEL
精通 AUTOCAD,WORD,EXCEL软件操作
3.良好的人际沟通能力。
Good interpersonal skills for both external and internal communication.
4.具有SOP/BOM/ECN 相关经验、具有IE/PE/ME背景，熟悉MOST 以及IE 7大手法，主导Lean 专案，大型电子产品制造厂经验。
Experience in SOP/BOM/ECN. Has the IE/PE/ME background, skill in the MOST and IE 7 tricks. Lead the lean project, Has large electronics factory experience
EDUCATION 教育水平
本科及以上学历，电子、机械及相关专业（本科及以上）
Bachelor and above majoring in Mechanism, electronic engineering or relevant
LANGUAGE SKILLS 语言能力
Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing
