职位描述：

1、负责公司前台接待工作，及时汇总前台接收到的有效信息，传达至各部门；

2、负责公司的行政后勤类相关工作;

3、人事方面包括：;负责员工招聘、员工档案、培训；

4、负责组织企业文化建设工作，包括公司庆典、年会安排、会务组织、文体活动安排等;

5、负责办公用品的管理工作等;

6、各类资料的审核、分类存档；

7、依据销售部订单，安排发货及快递跟踪；

8、负责企业网站及微信平台的管理和推广。

9、完成公司的项目申报、年检、申领或变更各类证照，完成批文手续等事宜。

任职资格

1、专科以上学历；

2、有较好的文笔和组织策划能力；

3、熟悉各类办公软件；

4、工作仔细认真、责任心强；

5、有较强的沟通协调能力，有良好的纪律性、团队协助作以及服务创新精神。
