职位描述
General Responsibilities:
Handle communication with Customer,Warehouse Operator,Warehouse Supervisor,Suppliers.
Update activities reports and WMS system to make sure logistics activities running smooth with high accuracy.
To monitor forecasted requirements for finished goods insuring a high utilization of manufacturing resources,taking into consideration inventory levels, material availability, manufacturing capacity, business goals, objectives and ISO and Lean Manufacturing methodoligies.
To ensure that all documentation and data entry is completed for receipts, issues adjustments and transfers of all material.
Oversee cycle counting to maintain accurate inventory, if adjustments need to be made to find out cause and implement corrective action.
Drive warehousing optimization/Lean projects · Responsible for On Time Shipment / SCOT for transportation
Identify excess and obsolete inventory and initiate action to dispose of and prevent inventory regeneration.
Oversees logistic, import and export, custom clearances for material and finish products.
Reports project and program status to executive management and recommends corrective actions as applicable to meet schedule and cost goals.
Exhibits desirable and appropriate managerial/supervisory behavior including leadership, sense of urgency, independent judgement, industriousness, teamwork, ability to get along with others, creative thinking and personal integrity to provide for a cohesive, productive unit dedicated to the achievement of corporate goals Promotes and implements the affirmative action program, to include developing and achieving goals and promptly investigating and resolving and alleged discrimination or sexual harassment, oserved or reported, in order to uphold the corporate affirmative action commitment and assure compliance with federal, state and local laws.
Qualifications and Requirements:
BS in Business, Logistics Management or related discipline.
.At least 6 years working experience related with logistic
Evaluate in terms of reliability, integrity, truthfulness and trustfulness, have the sense of responsibility, able to work independently with minimum supervision, willingness to accept suggestions and committed to work excellence.
Well finance knowledge is preferred.
Good communication skill and systematic problem solving skills.
Good people skill that he / she needs to deal with different management levels
Knowledgeable for ERP, Oracle or SAP system.
Good team player with positive approach.
Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, written and spoken.
