职位描述：
Major Responsibilities:
We have many in-sourcing projects waiting for a Project Leader to be kicked off.
You will be responsible of the cost and quality control but even more important here the timeline.
You will lead those projects from Specification definition to Market launch going through design phase, quotation, tool launch and validation, pilot runs and CE/CQC certification.

To achieve your target, you will have to:
1. Define and track the timeline
2. Calculate the Business Case
3. Track the Mechanical Engineers, the Process Engineering and the suppliers
4. Confirm cost and performances of the product
5. Interact with all potential applicants (Sales, Quality, Production, Purchasing,…)
6. Perform Project meeting
7. Report to the Management team on a weekly basis the status and progress of all projects

Requirements:
Qualifications:
1. Master degree is preferred, Bachelor is a must
 
Experience:
Up to 3 years’ experience as Project leader

Professional/ Specific Skills (management, technical, etc):
1. Mechanical background in aluminium casting, machining, plastic injection, bending
2. Led lighting knowledge would be preferable

Personal Attributes:
1. Good command of written and verbal English
2. Must be detail oriented with ability to meet deadlines.
