JOB DESCRIPTION

- Handle daily sea freight operations, dealing with clients and our overseas network

- Familiar with North American trade lane operation requirement including AMS/ACI/ISF filing

- Coordinate with overseas offices for shipment planning and arrangement

- Communicate directly with carriers and other service providers for managing the sea shipment

- Monitor and track cargo flow together with carrier

- Monitor AR and follow up with clients for timely payments

- Close all files promptly to meet the monthly closing of accounts

- Training arrangement & experience sharing with staff

- Assist colleague in handling trouble case & take immediate action

- Other work arrangement by Operation Manager

REQUIREMENTS

-  At least 5 years’ and above relative experience in freight forwarding industry on customer service position, familiar with operation procedures in the freight forwarding industry in South China

-  Strong sense of responsibility and customer orientation mind-set

-  Good communication and coordination skill, and teamwork-spirited

-  Detail oriented personality, and the ability to handle multiple tasks

-  Ability to lead a team with proper people management skill

-  Bachelor degree and above, proficient spoken and written English

-  Proficiency in MS-office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
