Responsibilities

职位设置主要目的 Main Objectives

按照部门的策略和项目的要求，协调样品车间以及试验的任务分配以确保其工作内容及进度满足内部及外部客户要求，保证样品制造以及试验任务的质量、数量及进度。
According to department policy and project requirements to allocate the task of sample workshop and testing in order to ensure the work and progress, which can meet internal and external requirements. Guarantee the quality, quantity and progress of sample production and testing tasks.

工作职责内容
Key Responsibilities
1. 按照样件计划，按照操作指导书进行样件制造，保证样品的质量与进度。According to sample production plan, make the sample production in line with work instruction, ensure the quality and progress of sample.
2. 配合调试工程师按要求进行减振器的调试，符合客户的要求Coordinate tuning engineer for the tuning work of sample, comply with customer requirement
3. 监控样品制造中的质量，确保样品的质量可控。Monitor the quality of sample production, ensure the quality of sample can be controlled.
4. 按照仓库管理流程与规定整理仓库，做好仓库的管理。According to warehouse management process and regulation, make arrangement and management work of warehouse.
5. 负责样件制造零件的运输与管理配送，保证零件及时到位。Responsible for the transportation and distribution of part, ensure the part arrived on time.
6. 按照规范包装样品，用于送样或者试验。According to specification, package the sample for sample delivery or test.
7. 合理的保存试验件，记录试验件信息，便于追溯。Keeping the test part and record the test information for facilitate traceability.

Requirements

职位任职条件 Basic Requirements

工作经历
Working experience 至少 2年以上试验相关经验（有工程和减振器制造相关经验可加分）min 2 years above testing experiences (would be plus Engineering and Shock Absorber Manufacturing)
教育水平
Education 机械或工程相关专业本科， Mechanical or engineering undergraduate
英语水平
English 能熟练地听说读写可加分English communication skills verbal and in writing would be a plus
德语水平
German 不要求，德语可加分
Not must, Will be a plus
计算机应用水平Computer 熟练运用办公软件 Efficient in Microsoft

职位任职者需要展现的专业能力Requirement, Professional Skills and Abilities

1. 熟悉产品的生产过程，有有关材料性能和电子技术性能的知识。Familiar with production process, have knowledge of material property and electronic technology.
2. 了解质量和检测控制流程。know well quality and testing control process
