职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责公司薪酬福利体系和绩效体系的搭建，并根据公司发展不断完善和优化；
2、负责市场薪酬调查，研究和跟踪市场薪酬变化，制定相应薪酬调整方案；
3、负责各部门绩效考核方案制定与推行工作，对考核结果进行全面监控；
4、负责绩效考核核算，并对绩效考核数据进行分析，为公司重大人事决策提供信息支持；
5、负责每月人事报表复核工作。
任职要求：
1、人力资源管理统招本科以上学历；
2、5年以上人力资源工作经验，3年以上薪酬或者绩效管理经验；
3、熟悉国家人力资源相关的政策、法规；
