职位描述：
Job Responsibility
1. Manage the junior staff to approach the intermediary market and deliver the Zurich products, initiative and proposition, promote Zurich brand.
2. Work with underwriting team together to explore the market, identify the potential business opportunity for profitable growth and execute the strategy.
3. Operation in a 100% compliance way
4. Support the direct and matrix line manager in the specific marketing events
5. Expand the active and productive channel (Quantity to be discussed and agreed later)
6. Channel activity / performance management
7. Others as required in daily business.

Job Requirement
1. Holds Bachelor or above, CET-6 or above
2. At least 8 years working experience in General Insurance
3. P&C product knowledge in China Market
4. Wide connection to the broker community
5. Effective Communication skill and problem solving
