职位描述：
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Perform IT activities in all aspects to support business needs. Maintain and provide Help Desk services in the assigned countries (China, Taiwan, Korea, and Southeast Asia).
? Participate in the administration and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including network, servers, software, in accordance with the corporate standard.
? Maintain the company's network devices, including conference system, security & monitoring system, telephone and recording system, printers etc.
? Responsible for IT assets management.
? Responsible for daily desktop support and onsite vendor management, including onsite or remote problem shooting, laptop and other devices/software purchase, network, email account and VPN application, etc.
? Responsible for IT training, including IT orientation and user education.
? Maintain User Accounts and Security Groups via AD (Active Directory)
? Plan IT budget and IT procurement and related process management and handling.
? Work with other functional department for information system planning, implementation and administration.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline

EXPERIENCE:
? Over 8 years related working experience
? Good knowledge of Windows Server, Networking (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VPN).
? Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin with a positive 'can do' attitude
? Capable of interacting at all levels from end﹗ser to senior management, as well as headquarter personnel
? Ability to work independently and follow corporate guidelines
? Flexible and able to support clients out of business hours
? Strong organizational and time management skills and proven ability to manage multiple, diverse and conflicting priorities
? Strong analytical, problem solving skills, good project management skills
? Experience with SAP as a plus
