We sell imported quality wines to honest prices in our own CHEERS Stores in Beijing as well as in our CHEERS partner stores all across China. We develop Entrepreneurs and let Franchise partners being a part of our success. We love to surprise our customers with new products, an outstanding customer service and with a fun but high professional wine knowledge transfer. CHEERS entertains with a wide selection of videos, store themes and fun marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities and accountabilities
The Business Developer is fully responsible to reach the store growth target with own and franchise stores according to the company strategic plan.

Main target for Business Developer in 2016
Open more stores until end of 2016 according to the business plan

Role and Key Activities
Franchise Recruitment
* Based on business strategy and marketing strategy, in charge of Franchise system planning, establishing and managing.
* Based on business strategy, conduct market analysis based on the specific local market status and make the customized Franchise expansion plan proposal for different locations.
* Development different channels (including but not limited to launch advertisement campaigns) to seek the potential Franchisees, in charge managing the tasks of new store location search, leasing agreement negotiation, franchise contract negotiation, etc.
* Recruit and select suitable partners which fits CHEERS culture, buildup a sustainable relationship between Franchisees and CHEERS

Store Search & Expansion
* Being responsible to find suitable stores according to the business strategy
* Main contact person to CBRE and other store searching agents all over China to ensure our store opening plan
* Support Franchise Partners with store search and create store search guideline and hold training for Franchise Partner

Qualifications
* College or above degree, preferable major in economics, marketing and business management.
？* Above 3 + year working experience at same level. Strong retail management experience and customer connection are preferable.
* Excellent listening, speaking and writing skill in Mandarin and English
* Familiar with MS Office.
* Strong communication skill, excellent commercial sense, with successful case in target management, team building, customer management.
* Good investigation and estimation ability ; Good public relation and negotiation ability ; Good ability of analysis, planning and writing report
* Strong marketing analysis and estimation ability, rich experience in negotiation with customers.
* Request traveling is requested.
