职位描述

Summary:
- Provides operational and strategic Human Resources guidance and support to assigned client base. Services include, but are not limited to, recruitment and staffing, employee relations, employee communications, compensation and benefits, performance management, and organizational and employee development.
Description
- Partners with human resources leadership and business segment and functional leaders to develop and implement human resources initiatives and policies within a site, business unit, or corporate functional area.
- Establishes short-term operational human resources strategy, and manages human resources processes for the site, business unit, or corporate functional area. Proactively partners with the business leadership to align human resources strategies, policies, and services within the HR function and with the business's current and future goals; develops short-term human resources initiatives and tactics, aligned with a one year annual operating plan cycle to meet business objectives.
- Establishes strategies with business leaders to select and retain the diverse talent required to maintain a competitive advantage and to align with recruiting strategies.
Provides employee development expertise, and supports systems to drive continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
- Implements and supports work systems and an environment that allows employees to achieve high performance.
- Ensures compliance with key government legislated requirements and adherence to human resources policies and procedures.
- Measures and analyzes key performance indicators to drive functional and business performance improvements related to human resource investments.
- Communicates and consults on all areas of human resources programs, including compensation, benefits, staffing, organizational development, employee relations, and performance management in alignment with common HR strategies and processes.
- Coaches and mentors human resource generalists; assigns work according to availability, skills, and developmental needs; assesses performance and provides feedback to direct reports.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 8 years of Human Resources Management or related experience required
- Automotive working experience is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, leadership and professionalism in dealing with all kinds of matters.
- Problem solving skills and flexibility.
- Pleasant personality and sound integrity, Positive attitude
