职位描述：
Job Description:
~ Being responsible for PA evaluation board design and tuning according to customer project requirement.
~ Recommend PA lineup according to customer project requirement, closely follow up all customer’s new project design-in progress to ensure it qualification.
~ Assistance in trouble shooting, handling with customer complaint and quality issue with quick response.
~ Collect and analyze the feedback of product from customer and investigating PA marketing condition and competitor’s product development status.

Job Requirements:
~ B.S degree or above, major in Microwave, wireless communication or equivalent, 5+Years of telecommunication or related areas.
~ Bench experience of power amplifier characterization with various modulation signals is required, being familiar with RF PA subsystem in BTS.
~ Skilled experience in GaN PA Doherty design and matching circuitry design is more preferable.
~ Have a solid understanding and skill with RF PA theory, familiar with radio simulation tools, such as ADS, AWR and HFSS.
~ Skilled experience in using any popular RF instrument (network analyzer, signal generator, signal spectrum, power meter, loadpull, etc), familiar with CAD tools, such as Mentor or Cadence.
~ Have a pro-active attitude, open minded, willing to collect and share information to solve problem.
~ Fluent in spoken and written English. 举报 分享
