Archibat HR Asia is looking for a good Senior Interior Designer (Retail/Commercial Projects) for a reputed Australian Architectural Design Firm to be based in their Shanghai Office.
- Ideally min 8 years experience
- Excellent understanding of Mandarin/English
- Previous experience within retail, hospitality and mixed use development is highly desirable.
- Create concept, design development documentation and finish schedules for individual interiors and/or architectural projects.
- Work both as a team member on large scale projects as well as being able to create concepts and take a project through to completion when required.
- Build relationships with external clients and consultants and promote our interiors group.
- Mentoring of junior staff when required
- Ensure deadlines are adhered to in relation to fee paying projects
- Degree qualified in Interior Design
- Overseas educated living locally in China.
- High level of proficiency in Microstation/Revit
- Sketch Up capabilities
- Adobe Design Suite: including photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign
- MS Office Suite
- Hand Sketch skills
Position is to be based in Shanghai.
