Position
Business Development Manager

General Description
Support the business development activities in China

Reports To
Managing Director

Roles and responsivities
1 Actively prospect and follow up on potential business leads
2 Act as Company representative and serve as primary contact for clients.
3 Lead and manage the proposal budget development process
4 Ensure quality, accuracy and timeliness in proposal budget delivery.
5 Prepare sponsor and vendor related contracts including Master Service Agreements.
6 Assist in preparation of client presentations
7 Assist with any client visits and audits.
8 Assist in maintaining and updating CRM database
9 Manage and prepare monthly BD activities report
19 Supporting any other BD activities as assigned

Qualification
At least a university graduate preferably in business administration or medical/science related background.

Experience
1 Excellent communication and organization skills required
2 Preferably with at least 5 years Pharmaceutical/CRO industry experience

Skills
1 Teamwork, attention to detail
2 Possess good client relationship management
3 Proficient in Office Word (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
4 Proficient in both English and Chinese written and oral skills
