职位描述：
Major Responsibilities:
1. End to End mobile data and application operation knowledge and act as SME
2. Participate in the new initiatives for providing technical solutions
3. Participate in design and review of changes to service system to ensure changes meet customer required functional and performance requirements
4. Analyze requirements and prioritize requests.
5. Communicate with users and requestors to clarify requirements.
6. Innovative problem solving & lateral thinking
7. Root cause of problems and appropriate solutions finding
8. Meet the SLA guidelines: Timely Follow-up. Escalate, and resolve the tickets
9. Participation in the ticket review and ensure the appropriate solution is provided
10. Ability to prioritize the Tasks based on the business needs
11. Documentation on the newly discovered solutions
12. Perform Oracle Database/SQL Server based application deployment and operations during all phases of development, UAT test and production cycles.
13. Create, track and report metrics for capacity planning. Analyze current capacity and provide recommendations. Participate with MPCC system capacity planning, benchmarks
14. Change Management: Plan, deploy and validate software releases and modifications to MPCC system
15. Participate in on-call shift support on a 24x7 basis
16. Ability to prepare presentation to the Executive Management
17. Work estimation based on the past project data and metrics
18. Process Improvement suggestions & improve quality of deliverables
19. Participation in Technical & Management Reviews
20. Monitoring and managing systems/service performance to meet 99.96% uptime.
21. Crisis management facilitation
22. Share knowledge and best practices with other company personnel.

Requirements:
1. Minimum 6-8 years relevant professional experience in the areas of application operation support, technical customer support, problem management, 3G/4G mobile data network, programming languages, software development.
2. 5+ years as a System Administrator and in areas of technical support, problem management, , programming languages, software development.
3. Experience in the design, development and implementing of mobile telecom system
4. Bachelor degree in computer science, electronics or telecommunication
5. Strong Knowledge on Unix/Linux/SQL systems. Hands on experience and knowledge on system processes
6. Knowledge on general database administration
7. Very Good in verbal and written communication
8. Certification on operating systems and databases (Preferred)
9. Excellent scripting knowledge
10. Sound knowledge on network infrastructure (LAN & WAN)
11. Ability to communicate status updates to project team and management
12. Ability to work independently as well as Team
15. Good communication and interpersonal skills
16. Exceptional customer service skills and demeanor, along with the innovative ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical clients
17. Excellent analytical, multitasking, and communication skills (both verbal and written), detail orientation and familiarity with testing and troubleshooting techniques.
