Deloitte Risk Advisory provide a broad away of services that allow clients to better measure, manage and control risk to enhance the reliability of their systems and processes throughout the enterprise.

As a Sr. Consultant/Analyst, you will

- Create customized process management standards and technical solutions

- Evaluate and improve customer's process management practices

- Take the role of process experts, closely work together with clients to provide consulting service

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree or above, major in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related

- At least 3 years working experience focusing on process management, experience in consulting firm preferred

- Familiar with the modern enterprise operation and process optimization

- Demonstrate success in project delivery and project management

- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese

- Good team player and willingness to work under pressure

- Willing to travel

Description:

职责：

1、负责或参与企业战略规划和治理管控咨询项目的开发；

2、负责或参与团队执行项目工作，包括项目调研、报告撰写、汇报沟通、辅导实施等；

3、关注战略规划和治理管控前沿和热点问题，撰写专题研究报告；

4、长期关注并研究某一行业发展动态（如快消、能源化工等），研究行业内企业动向，对内外实施培训或参加论坛交流。

Qualification:

任职要求：

1、管理、经济、财务、人力资源管理、理工科等专业硕士、MBA或以上学历；

2、3年以上咨询公司经验；

3、 有上市公司、央企、大型集团企业战略规划和治理管控等实务经验，或在咨询公司从事集团战略规划和治理管控咨询服务经验者优先，或有咨询公司战略规划和治理管控相关咨询项目服务相关经验优先；

4、 有能源、商贸物流、快消、医药、房地产等战略规划、治理管控、财务管理等服务经验者优先；

5、 有强烈的敬业精神、工作责任心，有优秀的学习能力、创新能力、项目管理能力以及团队意识；

6、 良好的口头表达及书面表达能力，演讲演示水平高，英文良好；

7、 能熟练操作电脑，精通PowerPoint、word、excel、vision等办公软件；

8、 工作态度良好，适应不定时工作和长期出差。
